Zoning In or Out?

While the Davidson County Commissioners are moving forward with a $65 million sports complex, many citizens continue to voice their approval and disapproval of the project. One point of contention has been the use of the property if the sports complex project is not built. During several county commissioner meetings, board chairman Todd Yates has stated that if the sports complex did not go through, the property could become a large housing development, which would also impact residents in the area.
